Use of Digital Media

By «Digital Media», PTL means the entire website and mobile site gatewaytoconsciousness.com as well as other websites and mobile applications published by PTL.

The User is designated as any individual or legal entity having access to the Digital Media, regardless of where they are located or how they connect to the Digital Media. The User can access the Digital Media by registering for the products and services offered by PTL.

Intellectual Property of PTL

PTL is the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights relating to the structure and content of the Digital Media, worldwide. These GTUs do not entail the transfer of any intellectual property rights to the User on the structure and/or content of the Digital Media.

In particular, the User undertakes not to use the content in such a way as to infringe the rights of PTL and to ensure that its use does not in any way constitute an infringement, unfair competition or parasitism of the content.

Any use other than that provided for in these GTUs is subject to prior written authorization from PTL.
